How to Make White Coffee Cincau Jelly Pudding, 2020


Refreshing cooling dessert suitable on a hot day, the white coffee jelly pudding gives a very soft texture with added coffee taste.

Ingredients: (makes about 15 small cup container)
1 sachet White Coffee (3 in 1)
50gm diced cincau (grass jelly)
Agar-agar powder - Clear (10gm)
2 tbsp chocolate syrup
20 tbsp sugar
1000 ml of water

Step by Step:
1. Prepare jelly cups and put cincau in each cup.
2. Boil 1000ml of water.
3. Add sugar (20 tbsp) in small portion & stir until melted.
4. Add agar-agar powder. Keep stirring to prevent clumps.
5. Add white coffee (1 sachet).
6. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes. Turn off heat.
7. Pour into jelly cups. Leave to cool before putting into fridge to chill.
8. Chill for at least 2 hours to completely set.
9. Serve chilled.
