SALOMA LINK (Pintasan
Saloma) is a 69 metres (226 ft) pedestrian bridge and open to public on 5
February 2020, it connects Kampung Baru area and Jalan Ampang (near KLCC).
The LED-lit bridge’s architecture is inspired by the sireh junjung
concept (traditional arrangement of betel leaves), which is an integral part of
a Malay wedding.
The name is derived from the Malaysian-Singaporean
singer Saloma, who is buried on the nearby Jalan Ampang Muslim Cemetery.

RAMLY BURGERs are a household name, considered as one of the popular street food treats Malaysia

Viewed as the nearest thing to a Central
Business District (CBD), the Golden Triangle is home to the ever prominent

multi- purpose development known for its shopping and the Petronas Twin Towers.

PEKAN AMPANG, a small town in Ampang
Jaya, Selangor with its beginning as a tin mining hub.
The area most notable feature is the pre-war shop houses with
British colonial architecture. The neighbourhood host of old shops which have
been passed from generation to generation. It is sort of local-ness compared
with the current city environment.

JALAN
AMPANG is a bustling hub
of both residential and business areas, easily accessible and become the
backbone of the road system linking Ampang to Kuala Lumpur major areas.
It is one
of the main roads in the KLCC area which connects straight to the Petronas Twin
Towers. Jalan Ampang is a green and shady stretch of road that is supported by
a good network of public transportation including LRT trains, buses, and taxis.
Homemade brownie features – fudgy, glossy, moist, rich chocolate flavor
with crispy edges and crackly tops. It can be eaten hot with a scoop of
ice-cream or straight from the fridge.
Ingredients:
✓ 6oz bittersweet chocolate (150g) ✓1 stick unsalted butter (113g) ✓1 ½ cup sugar (255g)
✓ 3 eggs ✓¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder (Dutch process) 25g ✓pinch of salt
✓½ cup + 2 tbsp all-purpose flour (180g)
Step by Step:
1. Preheat oven to 350F (180C). Line it with parchment paper to 8”x
8”square baking pan.
2. Melt chocolate using double-boil method. Add in butter after a while.
3. Stir until all are melted and combined
4. Remove from heat and wipe off water from bottom of bowl
5. Gently pour in sugar and keep whisking
6. Add in egg, one at a time. Combine nicely before adding the
next one
7. Add in cocoa powder and mix well
8. Add pinch of salt
9. Add flour. Gently fold them in.
10. Pour into pan and bake about 35-40 minutes
11. Cool before cutting. Use knife soaked in hot water (wipe dry) for
cutting. Repeat for each cut.
