SALOMA LINK (Pintasan Saloma) is a 69 metres (226 ft) pedestrian bridge and open to public on 5 February 2020, it connects Kampung Baru area and Jalan Ampang (near KLCC).
The LED-lit bridge’s architecture is inspired by the sireh junjung concept (traditional arrangement of betel leaves), which is an integral part of a Malay wedding.
The name is derived from the Malaysian-Singaporean singer Saloma, who is buried on the nearby Jalan Ampang Muslim Cemetery.
Best to visit the bridge during night time to enjoy the stunning visual landmark (instagrammable spot).

RAMLY BURGERs are a household name, considered as one of the popular street food treats Malaysia has to offer. It’s the Malaysian style halal burger with an amazingly taste.
The street food stall setup is seen almost the neighbourhoods in Malaysia, situated at corners of the streets or along the main roads. Each stall may differs in its presentation of the burgers, the core structure and ingredients remain. Most stalls open from dinner onwards until the early hours of the morning.
It's a must try and the patty is lightly spice and really good with sesame bun as it made according to local taste bud. At its simplest, a Ramly Burger usually comprises a grill meat patty, a toasted bun, some vege and ketchup/chilly. The types of meat available for the patties like beef, chicken, rabbit, venison and fish (depends on the seller menu). 👍

Homemade brownie features – fudgy, glossy, moist, rich chocolate flavor with crispy edges and crackly tops. It can be eaten hot with a scoop of ice-cream or straight from the fridge.
Ingredients:
✓ 6oz bittersweet chocolate (150g)
✓
1 stick unsalted butter (113g)
✓1 ½ cup sugar (255g)
✓ 3 eggs
✓
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder (Dutch process) 25g
✓
pinch of salt
✓ ½ cup + 2 tbsp all-purpose flour (180g)
Step by Step:
1. Preheat oven to 350F (180C). Line it with parchment paper to 8”x 8”square baking pan.
2. Melt chocolate using double-boil method. Add in butter after a while.
3. Stir until all are melted and combined
4. Remove from heat and wipe off water from bottom of bowl
5. Gently pour in sugar and keep whisking
6. Add in egg, one at a time. Combine nicely before adding the next one
7. Add in cocoa powder and mix well
8. Add pinch of salt
9. Add flour. Gently fold them in.
10. Pour into pan and bake about 35-40 minutes
11. Cool before cutting. Use knife soaked in hot water (wipe dry) for cutting. Repeat for each cut.
12. Ready to serve.
