Street Food | Chicken Satay | Kajang Satay

CHICKEN SATAY is well known street food in tiny town called Kajang in Malaysia which earned a nickname called ‘Kajang Satay’. 

SATAY is a marinated meat and grilled on the skewers with a sauce until golden brown (tender and succulent).  It can be of chicken, beef or mutton.

Satay Ayam is one of the most popular Asian appetizers and most Malaysians loves them with its robust flavours.  It is best served with peanut sauce and ketupat (packed rice). 👍
