In this video, a walking tour to Golden Triangle KL area which selectively covers Jalan Imbi, Jalan Sultan Ismail and Jalan Raja Chulan.

GOLDEN TRIANGLE is known as Kuala Lumpur’s business, shopping and excitement center point, the Golden Triangle is really a huge zone that includes various significant boulevards.

Three roads – Jalan Imbi, Jalan Sultan Ismail and Jalan Raja Chulan structure a triangle which fringes the Golden Triangle zone. Here, towering sky scrapers, shopping centers and world class hotels penetrate the scene.  Bukit Bintang street is located inside this region and is a renowned shopping and entertainment area.

Viewed as the nearest thing to a Central Business District (CBD), the Golden Triangle is home to the ever prominent shopping region of Bukit Bintang. Towards the north is KLCC (KL City Centre), a multi- purpose development known for its shopping and the Petronas Twin Towers.

KL Drive | Shamelin Perkasa & Pandan Perdana

Shamelin Perkasa is an integrated township in Cheras located Maluri and Pandan indah, Selangor. It is considered a prime area as there are many housing properties and business entities that provide various amenities and facilities to cater to the population residing here, as well as direct access to major highways that connect it to other established townships.

Pandan Perdana is a leasehold township located in neighbouring developments of Pandan Indah and Pandan Jaya, Cheras, Selangor. Technically, it shares both states and land wise.

The township with a multitude of varying developments within Pandan Perdana such as single and double-storey houses and apartments. Residents can easily access public amenities and facilities like schools, restaurants, parks, clinic, banks, places of worship and convenience stores within a short distance.

Both connected township can easily accessed via the SMART highway, Sungai Besi highway, MEX highway and MRR2.
